Басни Крылов И.А. is a free Android application developed by Digital Books. It is a collection of more than 200 fables by Ivan Krylov, who placed them in nine books. The plots of some of the fables are reminiscent of Aesop's and La Fontaine's works, but the majority of the fables have original, purely Russian plots. Many winged expressions have come out of these fables. The cover features a portrait of the fable writer by Ivan Egorovich Eggink, 1834. The series is called "Masterpieces of Russian Classics."
